| Responsibilities | Position Summary This is a rare and valuable opportunity for a driven individual to launch a long-term career in engineering and project management. You’ll start by supporting the construction of UPW systems through essential on-site tasks, with no prior industry experience required. We place the highest value on motivation, perseverance, and a strong desire to learn. Through structured, hands-on training, you will develop skills in quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), maintenance, cost estimation, and mechanical/electrical systems. This role is designed as a clear career path toward becoming a Project Manager and, eventually, a General Manager leading large-scale operations. Key Responsibilities * Support daily on-site activities, including fundamental project tasks. * Assist engineers and project managers with documentation, inspections, and material coordination. * Learn and gradually take on supervisory responsibilities related to the construction and maintenance of UPW systems. * Build foundational knowledge of UPW system operations, including QA/QC, cost estimation, and mechanical/electrical processes. * Participate in safety meetings and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle. * Develop leadership and technical skills to prepare for advanced roles in project and maintenance management. |

| Requirements | * High school diploma or GED. * Strong motivation and willingness to learn construction and engineering skills. * Comfortable working in a hands-on, site-based environment. * Interest in construction, maintenance, cost estimation, or mechanical/electrical system. * Demonstrated ability to complete long-term goals and commitments. * Openness to starting with foundational tasks and growing within the company. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. |
| Preferred | * Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering-related field. * Technical school training, internship, or hands-on experience in construction, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering fields. * Previous exposure to construction job sites or system installation projects. * Experience in construction, maintenance, cost estimation, or mechanical/electrical systems. * Hands-on or team-based experience (e.g., clubs and volunteer). * Japanese language skills are a plus but not required. |
