Job Description
・顧客からのサービスコール（緊急対応を含む）に迅速に対応
・顧客先での製品の設置、保守、トラブルシューティング、修理を実施
・顧客の製品使用状況を点検・評価
・顧客に対し、製品のトレーニングやアプリケーションサポートを提供
・サービスレポートや経費報告書などの各種レポートを管理部門へ提出
・日本での追加研修を受け、製品知識や技術スキルを向上
・営業活動をサポートし、顧客との良好な関係を構築・維持
