Responsibilities
Position Purpose
Ensure seamless financial operations, accurate fiscal reporting, and statutory compliance across corporate subsidiaries.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain subsidiary accounting records for varied transactions and accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, fiscal reports, tax information, and bank transactions.
• Coordinate and prepare documentation for annual and quarterly audit firm reviews.
• Analyze financial and operational results, comparing budget metrics with actual performance.
• Ensure full compliance with SOX legislation and external audit requirements.
Professional Development and Experience
• Gain practical experience managing end-to-end subsidiary accounting, financial reporting, and audit readiness.
• Develop expertise in SOX compliance, budget variance analysis, and multi-entity financial tracking.
Requirements
• 3-6 years of experience in a related accounting or finance field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• CPA license preferred.
• High-level proficiency in Japanese preferred.
