Job Description
Manufacturing

Responsibilities
* Responds to service calls including emergency calls from customers in a timely manner.
* Performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on company's products at customer sites.
* Inspects and evaluates customer usage of company's products.
* Provides trainings and application support on company's products to customers.
* Submits various reports, such as service reports and expense report to management.
* Receives follow-up and additional training on Company products in Japan.
* Supports sales activities and establishes and maintains good relationship with customers.
Requirements
* Flexibility to travel as needed.
* Flexibility to work day, evening, and nights as needed.
Preferred
* 3 years or more previous experience as an FSE in the semiconductor industry preferred.
* Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
