As the nickname "The Sunshine State" suggests, Florida is defined by year-round sunshine and a warm climate. The southern region, centered around Miami, is deeply influenced by Latin culture, offering a unique culinary experience with items like Cuban sandwiches and Key Lime pie. The drive along the Overseas Highway leading to the Florida Keys is a spectacular journey surrounded by blue sea and sky. The central and northern regions are home to Orlando, famous worldwide for its theme parks, and NASA's Kennedy Space Center, representing a fusion of entertainment and science. Japanese companies often establish bases here as a gateway to Latin American markets, creating a cosmopolitan business environment. The climate ranges from subtropical to tropical; while summers see frequent squalls, the winters are extremely comfortable, making it the premier destination to escape the cold. The number of golf courses is among the highest in the U.S., allowing for play at affordable prices. Additionally, there is no state individual income tax, providing a significant economic advantage. Alongside fresh orange juice, stone crab, and other culinary delights, it is a region where you can enjoy an open, resort-like lifestyle.
