Job Description

・製造プロセスの維持と管理。生産スーパーバイザーや生産・保守担当者の業務を監督し、製品の品質と納期を確保。
・生産目標達成に向けた労働力計画の調整。必要に応じて人員配置の見直しを提案。
・生産従業員の管理。業績評価、安全衛生管理、タイムカードの確認・承認を実施。
・総合品質管理システムおよび社内ポリシーの遵守。作業手順、トレーニング、会社の手続きを適切に運用。
・会社目標の達成。生産性向上、効率改善、コスト削減の進捗を報告。
