Job Description

監査理論および手続きを理解し、クライアントの監査業務に適用。担当監査エリアの監査手続きを実施し、監査上の問題を特定・解決。
スタッフの業務成果をレビューし、建設的なフィードバックを提供。スタッフの成長に必要なスキルや知識を特定し、指導。
マネージャーを補佐し、クライアントの業務改善や内部統制強化の提案をサポート。クライアント向けプレゼンテーションや営業機会の創出にも貢献。
ネットワーキング、新規顧客開拓、既存顧客の拡大活動を含む業務開発計画の策定および実行。

Requirements5+ years of recent, related Audit experience in public accounting; specializing with clients in the manufacturing and distribution industries
Successful experience supervising and mentoring staff on engagements
Experience managing client relationships/engagements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
CPA required
Japanese and English fluency (verbal and written)
Qualified individuals must either reside in or near the Chicago area or be willing to relocate to the areas for this opportunity. This position may require some local and occasional national travel
