Responsibilities
Performs data entry, with order and payment processing, product sample preparations, shipments, presentation help, plus accounting and clerical assistance to others.
(These duties are not limited, there may be additional responsibilities added.)
* Processing of customer and supplier orders for the sales department; checking for accuracy.
* Coordination with the accounting department for invoicing and payment.
* Monitoring of shipments with customer contact by email when needed.
* Preparation of samples.
* Shipment of samples and leaflets to customers along with shipment documents when needed.
* Assistance with sales department presentations.
* Clerical assistance to others with accounting tasks and general office duties.
Requirements
* 30020001. High school graduate.
* 2 years general office with accounting experience.
* Computer Literate, plus a comfort level using Microsoft Office.
Preferred
* College AA degree preferred.
* Manufacturing background preferred.
