Job Details

Responsibilities* Maintaining records of financial transactions for clients.
* Defining and customizing accounting policies and procedures for each client.
* Initial setup & installment of QuickBooks for clients, including the establishment and mapping of a chart of accounts.
* Training clients on QuickBooks to follow the policies and procedures that suit for each client. Providing basic QuickBooks tutorial to clients.
* Communicating with clients effectively to obtain accounting data correctly and timely.
* Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions and meet the monthly closing due date in timely manner.
* Conducting month-end and year-end close process.
* Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
* Preparing various financial reports for clients including but not limit to BS, PL, GL, TB, and aging reports.
* Ensuring client’s compliance with GAAP.
* Advising clients on various accounting-related inquiries and questions, including how to use the QB and related accounting systems.
* Assisting in client’s financial activities such as recording payroll and generating invoices.

Requirements* Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping for clients (corporations) required.
* Minimum 1 year of experience using QuickBooks Online required.
* Experience of working at Consulting/Accounting firm/Outsourcing agency is a must.
* Excellent customer service & communication skills required.
Preferred* Experience in using Bill.com and other systems that integrates with QB online is a plus.
* Experience in preparing corporate & personal tax is a plus.
