Responsibilities
* Developing new business.
* Overseeing daily business operations.
* Overseeing and assisting accounting operations.
* Developing and implementing growth strategies.
* Training low-level managers and staff.
* Creating and managing budgets.
* Improving revenue.
* Hiring employees.
* Evaluating performance and productivity.
* Analyzing accounting and financial data.
* Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
* Generating reports and giving presentations.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5-year experiences of management.
* Minimum of 5-year experiences of business development.
* Bachelor or higher degree.
* Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
* Interest in outdoor activities (fishing).
* Business trip 20-30 days per year (domestic and to Japan).
* Deriver’s license.
