| Responsibilities | ・Oversee installation of exterior building material systems ・Provide on-site construction support to ensure proper installation and troubleshoot issues as needed ・Coordinate effectively with contractors on construction-related matters ・Advise architects and engineers regarding installation and compliance requirements ・Build and maintain long-term relationships with project team members and external partners |

| Work Hours | 8:00〜17:00 Full-time, 5 days a week |

| Requirements | * 5+ years of hands-on experience in Field Service or Technical Support within the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of siding products, exterior cladding, or related building materials. * Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. * Willingness to travel to job sites and provide in-field technical support. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise to drive project success while ensuring high- quality installations and customer satisfaction. |
