Responsibilities
* Responsible for calculating commissions, updating the commission statements by each sales representative every month.
* Initiate wire transfer, Monthly bank reconciliation, Monitor daily bank transactions.
* Process payroll on bi-weekly schedule and enter journal entry.
* Credit memo verification.
* Prepare and review financial statements ensuring they are accurate, timely, and comply with USGAAP standards.
* Reconciliation of parent company accounts (Purchase, AP-Parent, AR-Affiliates, Sales and business fees) on a regular basis.
* Lease accounting based on the regulations.
* Deferred Revenue and related Cost of Goods calculations.
* Accruals and reserve calculations based on the instruction from the upper management.
* Monitor Fixed Asset accounts and inventory accounts.
* Fluctuation Analysis: Preparing reports on financial fluctuation analysis report to the auditors.
* Business fee and expenses invoicing to Parent Company.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field.
* Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
Preferred
* Some previous managerial experience is ideal.
