*Performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on company's products at customer sites
*Inspects and evaluates customer usage of company's products
*Submits various reports, such as service reports and expense report to management
*Receives follow-up and additional training on Company products in Japan
*Supports sales activities and establishes and maintains good relationship with customers
Requirements
*Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
*Excellent communication skills in English
*Flexibility to travel as needed
