Responsibilities
Position Purpose
Identify and develop new business opportunities for electronic components, coordinate projects across stakeholders, and foster strong customer relationships to meet target goals.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for electronic components and semiconductor devices across North America.
• Evaluate and coordinate new projects internally, externally, and within affiliated business entities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing both technical and commercial support.
• Conduct on-site customer visits to support design-in activities, address inquiries, and handle quotations and delivery schedules.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences while collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Prepare timely business reports for management and headquarters while working to achieve defined sales targets.
Professional Development and Experience
• Gain experience in managing full-cycle sales and business development for electronic components across key US markets.
• Deepen technical and commercial knowledge through cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams and affiliated global entities.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of sales experience with electronic components or semiconductor devices within the United States.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the US and occasionally to international destinations.
• Strong communication skills in Japanese, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Possession of a valid US driver license.
