Responsibilities
* Position: Distribution Specialist - Replenishment & Customer Service.
* Department : Distribution.
* Report to : Distribution Manager/Asst. Manager.
* Location : HQ in San Francisco.
* Status: Full-time, Non-exempt.
* Start Date : ASAP.
Job Summary
This position is mainly responsible for customer order processing and related administrative follow up as well as performing as a member of warehouse replenishment team. Position is also responsible for tracing all outbound customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and proactive problem avoidance that arise in transportation and delivery phase. Position works closely with our branch offices, public warehouses, co-packers and the carriers to ensure relevant information is thoroughly communicated and preventative actions are surely executed.
Requirements
* Education: High School Diploma required.
* Experience: Three to Five years related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills
* Excellent computer knowledge and skills using Excel, Microsoft Windows.
* Excellent customer service skills are a must.
* Experience in invoice issuance, good understanding of accounting rules and relevant areas.
Preferred
* AA college degree preferred.
* Related experience preferably in consumer packaged goods industry warehouse distribution, inventory control, customer service.

| Work Hours | 8:30〜17:30 8 working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EDT with a lunch break. - The initial six-month introductory period for this role will require daily on-site work. - Following the introductory period and in accordance with company policy, a hybrid telecommuting option (up to two days per week) will become available. |
