Responsibilities
Position Purpose
To act as the strategic representative liaison between the company and assigned accounts, driving organic sales growth and balancing product, pricing, and promotional strategies to optimize market performance and customer satisfaction.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Support the team to drive sales growth by researching, identifying, and presenting new and existing product proposals.
• Perform comprehensive data analytics including sales tracking, ranking, and asset allocation to inform business strategies.
• Proactively manage all customer operations, item maintenance, pricing, page content, and digital assets.
• Develop strategies for retail product introductions and create targeted promotional plans for specific channels.
• Monitor competitor activity, conduct pre- and post-promotion analysis, and provide POS trend insights.
• Perform critical path forecasting, create account-specific events, and train internal business teams on account needs.
Professional Development and Experience
• Develop advanced strategic account management skills, data analytics expertise, and cross-cultural communication abilities within a dynamic sales environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, budgeting, and Profit and Loss/Sales Margins principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze data, manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines, and lead teams.
• Ability to exert 20-50 pounds occasionally and 10-25 pounds frequently.
