Responsibilities
Position Purpose
Support the Store Manager in leading daily store operations, driving service excellence, and delivering precise optical solutions to customers.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Support the Store Manager in promoting excellent service and training staff on standards, products, and procedures
• Foster a welcoming store atmosphere, address customer needs promptly, and resolve complaints with integrity
• Assume Store Manager duties in their absence and assist with pre-testing for eye exams
• Stay updated on our products, educate customers on lens care, and process POS transactions accurately
• Measure pupillary distance, temple length, and bridge size to ensure fit with optical prescriptions
• Process inventory shipments, maintain brand display standards, and handle customer emails and phone calls
Professional Development and Experience
• Gain leadership experience in retail management and receive company support to achieve ABO certification and optician licensing
• Receive training on the latest eyewear technology, lens fitting, and global retail service standards
Requirements
• 1 year of Optical experience
• 1 year of Management experience
• 1 year of Retail management experience
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
• ABO Certification preferred
