Job Description

・予算管理をサポートし、必要要件の予測、年間予算の作成、差異分析。
・市場のビジネスプランおよび販売戦略の策定を支援し、部門の売上目標および収益性の達成を確保。
・食品業界の輸出入ビジネス開拓を支援し、潜在顧客・仕入先の調査・特定、市場動向の分析、調達状況の監視を実施。
・仕入先および顧客との購入・販売条件を交渉・締結し、利益最大化を図る。
・顧客との電話・訪問による密接なコミュニケーションを維持し、既存製品の需要拡大と新規製品・サービスのニーズを特定。
・外部のビジネスネットワーク・関係を活用し、新規ビジネスの創出および事業拡大を推進。
・顧客の財務状況および支払い状況を監視し、支払い回収をフォローアップ。
・輸出入に関する政府規制および食品安全基準を遵守し、円滑な業務運営を確保。
・北米食品業界における投資機会の調査・分析を実施。
・営業アシスタントおよび物流担当者の監督。

Requirements■ 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferably in the seafood/marine products industry.
■ Appropriate knowledge of FDA, USDA, U.S. Customs, Japanese MHLW and other food safety regulations as well as bioterrorism prevention is a plus.
■ Knowledge of trade terms and food products.
■ Strong interpersonal, negotiation, closing, persuasive skills; ability to persist and follow through.
■ Strong customer service skills.
■ Ability to create new business opportunities with no leads and no sources.
■ Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with internal/external contacts.
■ Ability to recognize/safeguard confidential information.
■ Ability to train sales assistant /Logistic specialist
■ Skills in preparing budget drafts and administrating finalized budget.
■ Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
■ Proficient with Microsoft Office products
■ Business level Japanese. (speak, read, and write)
■ Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
