ERP導入エンジニア募集｜製造業向けシステム構築・デジタル技術活用を推進

Job Description

ERPソフトウェアの設計および設定の担当。
ERPの機能モジュールリーダーとして製造業向けモジュールを中心に担当し、将来的にはサプライチェーンや財務・会計モジュールへの展開の機会。
ERPに加え、製造実行システム（MES）、ロボティック・プロセス・オートメーション（RPA）、産業用IoT（IIoT）、分析ツールなどのデジタル技術を導入し、Industry 4.0に向けた業務改善の推進。
現状分析および将来の業務プロセス、技術、組織の再設計の実施。
プロジェクトマネジメントの支援を行い、組織戦略に沿ったプロジェクトの遂行を確保。ビジネス環境の変化に対応しながら、将来的にプロジェクトマネージャーとしての役割へ発展。

RequirementsBachelors’ Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics , or related field is required
3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with direct involvement in an ERP system selection and implementation
Experience in manufacturing industry – Automotive, Industrial, Food & Beverage, Medical Device or Aerospace & Defense
Japanese and English fluency (verbal and written)
Frequent travel throughout the region, with approximately 50% - 75% overnight travel
