Job Details

Responsibilities* Defining and customizing payroll policies and procedures for each client.
* Initial setup & installment of ADP software for clients.
* Providing basic ADP tutorial to clients.
* Communicating with clients effectively to input and obtain payroll data correctly and timely.
* Maintain an accurate record of payroll and meet the monthly and year-end closing due date in timely manner.
* Ensuring client’s compliance with federal and state law.
* Advising clients on various payroll-related inquiries and questions, including how to use the ADP software.
* Conducting administrative tasks, including invoicing customers, responding to vendor e-mails and voicemails, and preparing documents.
* Providing administrative support for operations team.
* Assisting new hiring, new employee on-boarding and annual benefit renewal process.
* Other payroll related and administrative tasks as assigned.

8 hours per day (between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM)

Requirements* Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll required.
* Experience of working at Consulting/Accounting firm/Outsourcing agency is a must.
* Excellent customer service & communication skills required.
Preferred* Experience of ADP Online is a plus.
* Experience in preparing personal income tax is a plus.
