Job Details
| Responsibilities | * Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and orders. * Maintain and update sales records and client databases. * Provide administrative support to the sales department, including drafting emails and reports. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order processing. * Assist in preparing sales proposals and materials. * Process shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading, packing slips, and purchase orders. * Communicate with vendors and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. * Maintain accurate records of shipments, including dates, costs, and tracking numbers. |
