Expedite delivery of goods to customers. Obtain technical data or other information from supplier per customer’s request. Manage suppliers for on time delivery. Provide delivery information to customers. Coordinate shipping arrangement and shipping instructions with forwarder, customer and Export team. Provide commercial invoices to customers. Work with accounting team, suppliers, and customers for any price discrepancy issues. Coordinate with freight forwarder, supplier, inspectors, and customer for any rejected items.
