Machine Operator / Responsible for manufacturing pasta products, blending raw materials, and performing quality tests / Food/Beverage

Responsibilities

Manufacture products responsibly in accordance with production schedules, customer requirements, and work instructions
- Operate production machinery, raw material supply systems, and water supply systems appropriately
- Check product quality throughout the production process and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Manage proper product flow during production
- Replace and adjust molds and related components according to production schedules
- Ensure drying systems and other control equipment are operating correctly
- Maintain daily production records and report issues to production management
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the department and facility
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Perform other duties as required

* Must be able to perform each "essential duty and responsibility" satisfactorily.
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general company policies and departmental procedures.
* Must be able to read and understand weights and measure to ensure proper amounts of ingredients for processing.
* Maintain processing equipment on a daily basis.
* Ability to understand production, quality and safety reports.
* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and production staff.
* Read and follow instructions accurately to ensure efficiency and quality of finished product.
* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of people.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Must be able to stand, walk, us hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl, talk and hear, occasionally sit, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must have excellent color vision.
