Requirements

* Requirements * Willing to travel once a month (within the US). * 2–3 years of experience working in a corporate environment is required. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Comfortable communicating with clients in person, by phone, and via email. * Basic computer skills (MS Office, email). * Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Valid driver’s license.

* Experience in warehouse operation. * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Knowledge of warehouse procedures, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and inventory control. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

■Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. * Five or more years of high-volume sales experience in the food industry. * Experience in business development and account management. * Strong management, organizational, team building, coaching and mentoring skills. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively,. * Proven experience in outside sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. * Strong interest in Japanese food.

Essential Skills * Must be able to perform each "essential duty and responsibility" satisfactorily. * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general company policies and departmental procedures. * Must be able to read and understand weights and measure to ensure proper amounts of ingredients for processing. * Maintain processing equipment on a daily basis. * Ability to understand production, quality and safety reports. * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and production staff. * Read and follow instructions accurately to ensure efficiency and quality of finished product. * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of people. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * Must be able to stand, walk, us hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl, talk and hear, occasionally sit, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must have excellent color vision.
