Requirements

• Three years of Back of House experience in food service, including food preparation and cooking. • At least two years of management or supervisory experience. • Excellent knife handling skills and basic cooking techniques. • Current safe food handling certification (ServeSafe or HI DOH) and Tuberculosis Clearance (Hawaii only). • Ability to utilize Windows-based computers (Word, Excel, Outlook) and operate restaurant/kitchen equipment. • Ability to lift up to 40lbs and move up to 50lbs continuously throughout the shift. • Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English. • Knowledge of state OSHA regulations and food sanitation standards. • Skill in managing cost of goods and labor within budget goals. • Experience using POS systems and restaurant management software. • Ability to work flexible AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays, minimum 45 hours per week. • Ability to transfer to other store locations as required.
