• 3+ years of full-stack development experience, which can include personal or open-source software (OSS) projects. • Highly self-driven work ethic with the ability to independently find the next problem worth solving and ship it, rather than waiting for direction. • English communication experience, or a strong motivation to build and develop it. • Experience building AI agents or enterprise software is preferred. • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or related components of the tech stack is a plus. • Prior experience working at a large manufacturer is advantageous.
