Job Overview
We are seeking a technical deployment professional to design AI agent deployments and run PoCs. You will work directly on-site to identify core problems with plant teams and support software rollouts, channeling valuable customer feedback to directly influence our product priorities.

Responsibilities
Position Purpose
To drive successful AI agent deployments and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) by closely collaborating with client teams directly on-site. This role ensures that technical solutions accurately address real-world business challenges and effectively informs future product development priorities.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Interview plant operators and business teams extensively to accurately define their core operational problems and technical requirements.
• Design comprehensive AI agent deployment strategies, and effectively scope, manage, and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in real-world environments.
• Deliver compelling technical proposals and comprehensive software demonstrations, providing robust on-site support to ensure smooth product rollouts.
• Systematically gather and feed critical customer feedback back to the internal engineering teams to actively shape and refine product priorities.
Professional Development and Experience
• Gain extensive practical experience in executing advanced AI agent deployments, leading field engineering initiatives, and directly shaping future product strategies through on-site client engagements.
Requirements
• A KOSEN or university background in engineering, computer science, or another STEM field, or equivalent technical knowledge and practical experience.
• A working understanding of software development and AI agent technologies.
• Comfortable working on site to define technical problems and build consensus among stakeholders.
• English communication experience or ability, or a demonstrated commitment to developing it.
• Experience supporting SaaS or AI product deployments and PoCs is preferred.
• Engineering experience at a major manufacturer is a plus.
