Technical Skills * Programming & Development: Proficiency with modern backend programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python) and development environments. * Database Management: Strong expertise in database development with SQL Server and/or Oracle, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and packages. * Reporting & Analytics: Experience with contemporary reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SSRS). * Architecture & Networking: Solid understanding of modern application architectures and foundational networking principles in a standard TCP/IP environment. * Systems & Security: Knowledge of current server operating systems, security best practices, user authentication, and resource authorization. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * 7+ years of experience in hands-on software development, with a clear progression of responsibility. * Proven experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of C# and WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation). * Experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core. * Understanding of database design and SQL (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle). * Familiarity with software development best practices and version control (e.g., Git).
