• Bachelor's Degree in ME, EE, IE, or Manufacturing Engineering • 5-10 years of experience in Testing & Reliability engineering, data acquisition, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems (preferably in semiconductor and robotics) • Solid understanding of mechanical systems, general engineering concepts, and quality concepts and principles • Basic programming and scripting skills in Python, C++, or Matlab • Proficient with instrumentation and computer tools for data collection, including serial data loggers • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills • Ability to work effectively with limited supervision • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 5%

• 3+ years of full-stack development experience, which can include personal or open-source software (OSS) projects. • Highly self-driven work ethic with the ability to independently find the next problem worth solving and ship it, rather than waiting for direction. • English communication experience, or a strong motivation to build and develop it. • Experience building AI agents or enterprise software is preferred. • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or related components of the tech stack is a plus. • Prior experience working at a large manufacturer is advantageous.
