This entry-level role provides technical IT support, system configuration, on-site installation, troubleshooting, documentation, and vendor coordination to ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities

Position Purpose
To support IT system administration, perform product installation and troubleshooting, and coordinate project workflows to meet customer requirements.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Configure and install server, PC, network, and telephony hardware/software on-site and remotely for customers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across IT systems, servers, networks, and telephony equipment.
• Travel to customer sites as required for installation and troubleshooting assignments.
• Document work records, project progress, solutions, and countermeasures to build internal reference records.
• Prepare product research, market trend analysis, proposals, and quotations requested by team leaders.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Professional Development and Experience
• Gain operational experience in IT system administration, network troubleshooting, client site support, and project coordination.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain technology standards for Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, and other major software vendor products
• Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and other major network vendor devices
• Operation and maintenance capabilities for Unix/Linux and Windows servers
• Understanding of security software and solutions for servers and PCs
• Knowledge of Local and Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) technologies
• Knowledge of virtualization and storage technologies

Terms of Application

Employment Type	Full-time Employee
Salary	Annual Salary：USD 55,000 〜 75,000 Base salary: 55- 75K/ annual Bonus: Annual bonus
Work Hours	• Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (1 hour lunch break) • On-site work required during the first few months, followed by hybrid work arrangement.
