Responsibilities

Position Purpose
To design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure while leading technical projects, supporting enterprise client accounts, and mentoring team members.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Analyze client needs and market demands to deliver tailored services using available internet products, services, and technologies.
• Provide technical consultation, guidance, and pre-sales/post-sales project management, coordinating with vendors, sub-contractors, and internal teams.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and telephony hardware/software, remotely and on-site with required business travel.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, maintain network and server performance, and participate in 24/7 on-call support rotations for critical incidents.
• Manage enterprise client accounts, scope customer engagements, conduct product research, prepare proposals, track project status, and mentor junior engineers.

Professional Development and Experience
• Gain senior-level experience in enterprise IT infrastructure design, client account management, complex network/server troubleshooting, and team leadership.

Requirements

• Ability to adapt to technology standards for Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, and other major software vendor products
• Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and other major network vendor devices
• Operation and maintenance capabilities for Unix/Linux and Windows servers
• Understanding of security software, solutions, and security tools such as SASE, EDR, and vulnerability checks
• Knowledge of Local and Wide Area Network (LAN/WAN) technologies
• Knowledge of virtualization and storage technologies

Terms of Application

Employment Type	Full-time Employee
Salary	Annual Salary：USD 80,000 〜 100,000 Base salary: 80 - 100K / annual Bonus: Annual bonus
Work Hours	• Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (1 hour lunch break) • On-site work required for the first few months, followed by hybrid work arrangement.
