Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering • 5–7 years of experience in Quality Engineering • Strong background in robotics and/or semiconductor equipment • Strong knowledge of reliability modeling and apportionment • Solid understanding of GR&R, HALT, HASS, F47, ESD, EMC, and ISTA testing • Proficiency with instrumentation and computer-based data collection tools • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications • Strong project management skills • Experience with digital system development, including process workflows, tasks, and notifications • Excellent communication, adaptability, organizational, and time management skills to collaborate with various stakeholders • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and travel up to 5% domestically and/or internationally • Ability to perform physical activities associated with manufacturing environments, including standing, bending, walking, and working around moving mechanical equipment for extended periods • Master's degree in Engineering (Preferred) • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certifications (Preferred) • Ability to speak and/or read Japanese (Preferred) • Strong understanding of SEMI standards (Preferred) • Certifications in MES, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Digital Manufacturing & Design Technology (DM&DT) (Preferred) • Expertise in Quality Engineering, including Quality Management System (QMS) implementation, improvement, and rollout (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience • Minimum 7 years of construction QA/QC experience, focusing on piping systems • Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments • Experience with stainless steel, PVDF, and polypropylene piping systems • Knowledge of ASME B31.3, SEMI standards, NEC codes, and IR fusion welding • Preferred: ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) • Preferred: Experience on large-scale semiconductor fab projects and leading multi-discipline QA/QC teams
