Job Overview
Quality Control role in Northern California with a company in Manufacturing. Main responsibilities: Collaborate with CNC programmers, engineers, and quality teams to minimize production downtime; Program, edit, and prove out CMM routines using CALYPSO software from 3D models and 2D drawings; Set up and maintain stylus systems; ensure programs meet drawing revisions.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
・Collaborate with CNC programmers, engineers, and quality teams to minimize production downtime.
・Program, edit, and prove out CMM routines using CALYPSO software from 3D models and 2D drawings.
・Set up and maintain stylus systems; ensure programs meet drawing revisions.
・Perform surface plate inspections and dimensional checks using standard tools.
・Conduct incoming, in-process, and first article inspections.
・Generate inspection reports and ensure parts meet customer and QA requirements.
・Support MRB/NCR processes and maintain safety standards, including proper PPE use.
Requirements
Qualifications:
・3–5 years of CMM programming (CALYPSO) and quality inspection experience, including surface plate work
・Skilled in articulating/fixed head CMM setup and programming with minimal supervision
・Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to read ASME Y14.5M-2009 technical drawings
・Proficient in MS Office and SolidWorks; experience with spreadsheets and data entry
・Familiar with ISO standards and quality control tools/documentation
・Team player with solid communication skills
・Able to lift up to 25 lbs
