Responsibilities* Objectives of This Role.
* Review, refine, and execute employee policy and procedures either using existing systems or updating those that need it.
* Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, 401K, vacation, and other personnel packages.
* Organize a comprehensive new employee orientation and onboarding.
* Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR Federal and State requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
* Advise managers on organizational policy matters, such as equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment policies, and recommend needed changes.
* Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and employee morale.

* Daily and Monthly Responsibilities.
* Process payroll and maintain employee data and files.
* Support department managers in the development and delivery of department specific HR policies that reflect the company wide vision, mission, and values.
* Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
* Manage confidential matters with discretion.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
