Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Leader to join our Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning outcomes with strategic business objectives. This role will be based in either our New York or Irving office.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning through execution and closure
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs
Identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure successful delivery
Communicate project status clearly to all stakeholders, including senior management
Ensure adherence to PMO governance and best practices

Requirements* Bachelor’s degree required.
* 5+ years of project management experience.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
Preferred* degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
* preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certification a plus.
