Position Summary

As a key member of the Project Management Office, the PMO Manager will play a critical role in driving project governance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring alignment between IT and business objectives. This role will act as a trusted advisor to both IT and business leadership, while working closely with global stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee project governance processes and ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices.
* Provide strategic insights and recommendations to IT and business leadership for effective decision-making.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and with global teams.
* Monitor project portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and resource optimization.
* Identify and manage risks across projects and escalate issues as necessary.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
* Mentor and guide project teams to promote successful delivery and project excellence.

Requirements* Bachelor’s degree required.
* 7+ years of experience in project or program management, including PMO leadership roles.
* Proven experience managing cross-functional and global stakeholder relationships.
* Strong knowledge of project governance, portfolio management, and project lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
* Ability to navigate and influence within a global, matrixed organization.
Preferred* Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
* PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
