Responsibilities
Position Purpose
To drive business growth by leading integrated marketing strategies, overseeing diverse creative projects, and managing client relationships and project teams effectively.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Pitch and sell advertising and integrated marketing campaign proposals to clients.
• Manage comprehensive projects across TV commercials, music videos, TV programs, movies, and web content.
• Devise and implement integrated marketing strategies combining social media and mass media branded entertainment.
• Oversee domestic and international creators and staff, taking responsibility for successful project building and communication.
• Lead project teams, providing direction, performance feedback, and mentorship to junior staff to foster professional growth.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful and on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients at a managerial level to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior management to align project goals with overall business and revenue objectives.
Professional Development and Experience
• Gain extensive leadership experience by managing cross-cultural creators, high-level client relations, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Requirements
• 5 years of experience in the advertising industry.
• Experience in planning, presenting, and managing production as a salesperson, producer, or marketer in an advertising agency.
• Experience in a managerial or team leadership role within an advertising or marketing environment.
• Bilingual in Japanese and English, with business-level English proficiency.
• Strong project management, team management, and client-facing communication skills.
