Responsibilities
Position Purpose
Support the marketing team by accurately managing internal data, coordinating industry food shows, analyzing market data, and assisting account managers with daily operations.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage internal and external data sets, track sales progress, and generate reports for team meetings.
• Maintain the image database while providing syndicated data (Circana) support and analysis.
• Coordinate event logistics and execution for industry food shows directly with the Marketing Manager.
• Assist Account Managers with customer, vendor, and branch sales communications.
• Support grocery space planning activities and manage smaller client accounts.
Professional Development and Experience
• Gain experience in syndicated data analysis (Circana) and food show event logistics coordination.
• Build account management and sales support skills in the food and beverage industry.
Requirements
• Previous office experience required.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Access) with proficient typing and 10-key skills.
• Excellent English language and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time-management skills.
• Dependable work ethic with high accuracy and organization under tight deadlines.
