Job Details
| Responsibilities | * Responsible for calculating commissions, updating the commission statements by each sales representative every month. * Initiate wire transfer, Monthly bank reconciliation, Monitor daily bank transactions. * Process payroll on bi-weekly schedule and enter journal entry. * Credit memo verification. * Prepare and review financial statements ensuring they are accurate, timely, and comply with USGAAP standards. * Reconciliation of parent company accounts (Purchase, AP-Parent, AR-Affiliates, Sales and business fees) on a regular basis. * Lease accounting based on the regulations. * Deferred Revenue and related Cost of Goods calculations. * Accruals and reserve calculations based on the instruction from the upper management. * Monitor Fixed Asset accounts and inventory accounts. * Fluctuation Analysis: Preparing reports on financial fluctuation analysis report to the auditors. * Business fee and expenses invoicing to Parent Company. * Liaise with external auditors during annual audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and responses to inquiries. * Finalizing the annual reporting package that is traced from the General Ledgers requested by the Parent Company. * Accounts Payable entries. * Prepare Journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations. * Monitor Accounts Receivables and follow up with staff accountant. * Liaise with Parent Company Finance Team regarding financial statements and audit requirements.
