Join a high-end Japanese restaurant chain expanding across the United States. Following a 1-year domestic training phase, relocate to lead culinary operations and unit-style restaurant openings across major U.S. markets for up to 5 years.

Responsibilities

Position Purpose
Establish and execute culinary operations for new authentic Japanese unit-style restaurants across the U.S. following structured domestic training.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Complete 1 year of domestic franchise training prior to overseas deployment.
• Prepare for and execute culinary operations across 7 specialized authentic Japanese cuisine genres for new U.S. restaurant openings.
• Manage on-site kitchen workflows and support location setup for new store launches across the United States.

Professional Development and Experience
• Gain specialized operational and culinary management expertise launching authentic Japanese unit-style restaurants nationwide.
• Build international culinary leadership experience managing U.S. restaurant openings and cross-border operations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (obtainable prior to starting employment).
• Ability to relocate within a 30-minute walking distance from the assigned location.
• 3+ years of professional culinary experience.
• Ability to commit to 1 year of domestic training followed by 4 years of U.S. deployment.

Salary	Annual Salary：USD 75,000 〜 100,000 Japan: Monthly salary 300,000 JPY + Relocation allowance 1.4 million JPY (Estimated annual equivalent 5 million JPY) / US: Annual salary $75,000 - $100,000 (12.6M - 15M JPY equivalent) + Bonus (4M - 12M JPY after year 4)
