Responsibilities

* Role
We are looking for a National Account Manager to support our expansion into Asian Foodservices channel including national chains as well as independent stores. This individual will be instrumental in supporting all of our strategic foodservice accounts and will have revenue and sell-in responsibility. This individual will own the sales penetration and growth strategy plan, will work collaboratively with our operations and finance team to develop the portfolio strategy fit for this channel. This role will drive our strategic relevance within Asian foodservice channel, particularly sushi businesses. We seek an individual who is familiar with Sushi and Asian foodservice accounts, ideally have existing relationships, and is a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

What You Will Be Responsible For
* Relationship management and revenue responsibility for your foodservice accounts.
* Increasing alignment and strategic relevance between the two organizations and business plan execution.
* Working with the operations teams to drive incremental growth through new initiatives and customer specific programs.
* Working closely with operations and marketing to expand portfolio opportunities within this channel.
* Evaluating sales promotional/trade spending and effectively track ROI & P&L.
* Planning for, participating in, and supporting trade shows, trade events and major sales events.
* Responsible for forecasting and owning / delivering the numbers.

Requirements

* You have 3-5 years of previous selling experience in foodservice channel.
* You have established business cadence with different national foodservice distributors across the US.
* You have a demonstrated record of success and over-achievement.
* Motivated, adaptable and able to work with little direction.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company and able to adapt to change quickly.
* A self-starter who takes initiative and proactively looks for and suggests improvements.
* You have great listening, negotiating, and problem-solving skills with a dose of humility and creativity.
* You are a student of selling who finds personal satisfaction and joy in building a business.
* Willing to travel up to 50% (including nights).

Preferred

* Preferably in seafood.
