      * 3–5 years of CMM programming (CALYPSO) and quality inspection experience, including surface plate work. * Skilled in articulating/fixed head CMM setup and programming with minimal supervision. * Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to read ASME Y14.5M-2009 technical drawings. * Proficient in MS Office and SolidWorks; experience with spreadsheets and data entry. * Familiar with ISO standards and quality control tools/documentation. * Team player with solid communication skills. * Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

    • Responsibilities

      Responsibilities: * Collaborate with CNC programmers, engineers, and quality teams to minimize production downtime. * Program, edit, and prove out CMM routines using CALYPSO software from 3D models and 2D drawings. * Set up and maintain stylus systems; ensure programs meet drawing revisions. * Perform surface plate inspections and dimensional checks using standard tools. * Conduct incoming, in-process, and first article inspections. * Generate inspection reports and ensure parts meet customer and QA requirements. * Support MRB/NCR processes and maintain safety standards, including proper PPE use.
